While prepping models for shipment I’ve noticed the obvious, this stuff is cold. While I typically heat up the clay I use to make it more pliable in shipping the colder the better to keep it’s shape in the shake, rattle and roll of shipping. My local shippers won’t touch this stuff. They can’t quite understand the concept of nothing touching the model during shipment. I understand their concern. I’ve had a couple models maimed in shipment even with special handling paid for at my end. So, the best method is hand delivery.
